Join Lauren as she guides you through a restorative practice that will truly reset you. This class will start with a slow flow, then restorative poses and stretches, and end with a yoga Nidra meditation. 
A restorative yoga practice can help you rest, reflect, and refresh. 

While the challenges that naturally arise in active life can build strength, resilience,
and confidence, a critical ingredient to that growth is easy to forget in our hyperproductive culture: recovery time. Rest allows us to recover from all life's stresses and strains, allowing our nervous system to stop constantly reacting. You will come away from this restorative class not just more relaxed but also more open.
Restorative postures, often supported by blocks, blankets, bolsters, and other props, are designed to maximize comfort and allow practitioners to let go fully, so they are typically held longer—about 5 to 20 minutes.  They are also arranged with the head below or near the heart's level, which helps stimulate reflexes that quiet the brain and heart. To many, minimizing effort can feel counterintuitive, but there are real benefits to what may seem like doing very little.

A blend of essential oils will also be offered to awaken the sense of smell and to go along with hands-on adjustments and assists.
