10 Minutes of Yoga Nidra

listen, these are trying times. there is a lot of uncertainty, confusion, lack of trust...it can leave you exhausted, and yet sleepless all that the same time. 🤯

the practice us teaches us so many valuable gifts, but the one i come back to often is this....

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN HAVE THE ABILITY TO INFLUENCE

your mind, your body (including health), your actions, your spirit, and your energy.

need some help? take a few moments and get your mind right. start there, and then be sure your physical health is about you, and do your best to keep it that way. also, send some loving-kindness to those that are suffering, or more vulnerable during this time.

if you have never done Nidra, here is what you need to know:

  • it is best practiced comfortably lying down

  • position yourself in a quiet, dimly lit space

  • try your best to stay awake, but if you fall asleep, great!
