Listen To Your Body
get to know your body well enough to understand the difference between needing a good sweat seesh / butt kicking, and when to not push. the last few days my "blissfully busy" schedule has felt more challenging than normal. my body felt tired, my mind was active, i felt a irritable, i listened to my body tell me "dont push". so, i didnt. i took it easy for a day, nourished my body, gave it lots of fluids, meditation and lots of sleep. i woke up this morning so ready to tackle a practice and a run. being a "warrior for good" doesn't just mean consistently pushing your body to the edge - just like most things, its about finding the balance of getting to know yourself so well that you back off when you need to, and rest.
